Tiger Time is Coming
Tiger Time is coming! Tiger Time is a morning activity for Tiger Cub Scouts and their parent or adult partners with games, crafts, songs and lots of fun and a visit from our special guest, Mr. Tiger himself! Tiger Time will be held on Saturday February 6th at the First Congregational Church, Pierson St., Crystal Lake. It runs from 9AM-1PM with check-in starting at 8:30AM. The registration/fee is being covered by Pack 311. The registration/fee includes all activities and lunch. Ask your tiger den leader for more information.

Blue and Gold Annual Banquet
Blue and Gold Banquet is one of the highlights of the program year. It not only brings together the Pack’s families for a dinner and an afternoon of fun, it also is a celebration of scouting, in which all those involved are honored and recognized for their achievements leading up to this occasion. The banquet takes the place of the February Pack meeting, and all the Dens have important roles in this event. This is the most important Pack meeting of the program year.
The banquet is scheduled for 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010 at The Lakemoor, 28874 W. Route 120, Lakemoor. Set up, for those assigned to do so, begins at 12:30 p.m. All others should arrive no sooner than 1:30 p.m. and be ready to start at 2 p.m. Clean up should be completed by 6 p.m. The cost is $7.50 per person; $3 for scouts, den chiefs and children under 6 years old.
The food includes fried chicken, hotdogs, pasta, salad bar & vegetable. Drinks are milk, iced tea & coffee. The Pack will be providing all table covers, plates, napkins and utensils.
This year’s Blue and Gold Banquet theme is: “Happy Birthday, B.S.A.”
Each Den is responsible for the following:
- Placemats and/or centerpieces
- Den display
- All Dens should be ready with a skit or song
- Den Chiefs should be ready with repeat-after-me songs
As a reminder, there is no smoking, drinking or swearing at any scouting event. Also, parents are asked to accompany their scout to the restroom when they leave the banquet area.
Den leaders must turn in all order forms and money by the Feb. 3 Committee meeting.

It's Hockey Time | Wolves Game
Saturday March 13th is Blackhawk Council day for the Chicago Wolves. The game starts at 7:00 PM. The Wolves will be playing the Houston Arrows. Choose from 3 packages. Money is due to your Den Leader no later than February 1st.
