Cubmaster

As the Cubmaster for Pack 311, you will have the opportunity to lead the Pack in monthly meetings, and will be known by most, if not all, of the Scouts and parents in our Pack. The Cubmaster is a highly visibile position where you have the ability to bring a touch of fun, excitement, and sometimes laughter to every event.

Helping the Den Leaders with questions, and making sure the boys are having a good time, while following the BSA approved program, are the two most important jobs you have.

Specific training is mandatory, and attendance at all Committee meetings is highly recommended.

The Cubmaster is the face of the Pack, and has the Scouts best interest in mind at all times.
